- We are the only manufacturer to offer a dome mesh with internal support and fibreglass batons which delivers better FOD capture/retention and easier access for maintenance crews
- To improve FOD retention we’ve developed a bead and channel (Keder) rail track system at the rear of the sweeper. Velcro doesn’t provide a solid seal enabling sand, dirt and small FOD/debris items to escape. Our new system locks in 100% of all debris, no matter how small, in the sweeper. It’s also much easier to remove (and re-attach) for cleaning and maintenance.
- We’ve developed improved side toggles to fix the mesh cover to the sweeper. Not only delivering greater FOD retention but they make removal and reinstallation of the mesh cover quick and easy.
- Our mesh covers are simple to remove and re-install and most importantly maintain their size & shape. They won’t shrink as soon as they are removed which makes re-installation difficult and frustrating. You won’t have that problem with a FOD Commander!
